Shipping Terms
For orders placed on our OnLine Store, MasterCard, VISA and Discover will be accepted. For mail-in, MasterCard, VISA, money order or check. Sorry, no C.O.D.

Freight & Sales Tax
Wolf Pools & Spas ships via UPS. State of Wisconsin and applicable local sales taxes are added to your total, and are calculated when you place your order.

Freight Claim
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be filed with carrier and noted on the Bill of Lading before accepting merchandise.

Rebate and Trade-in
Rebate and trade-in programs are controlled, regulated and administered by the manufacturer.

Returns
All items returned must have prior authorization and must be accompanied by a "Return Goods Authorization" form issued by Wolf Pools & Spas.
- Freight must be pre-paid.
- All collect freight shipments will be refused.
- Some items are not returnable.
